Operations Manager 1

Job Description:

• The operations manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our logistic warehouse ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently, safely and alignment with company standards and customer expectations. This role involves managing staff, optimizing processes and collaborating with other departments to achieve operational excellence.
• Operational managers should have analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills, as well as written and oral communication
• You should also be familiar with the following: excel, Microsoft word, and PowerPoint

• Overseeing Supervisors and leads to ensure accuracy and completion of assigned workload.
• Holding employees accountable and reprimand as needed, based on company policies and procedures.
• Communicate job expectations and coach employees.
• Determine staffing levels and assign workload.

• Perform quality checks to ensure that all shipments are being shipped/received per company policy.
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
• Identify quality control issues and present solutions to the team
• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in shipping, receiving, identifying, and assuring quality of goods.

• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee’s performance.
• Maintain records, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.

Hours: Must Be Available to work all shifts
