We’re hiring a full-time CDL A Shuttle Driver for a Monday–Friday day shift in Fort Wayne, IN. This is a home-daily position moving trailers between our warehouse and a nearby customer site. If you’re dependable, safety-driven, and experienced in shuttle or yard work, we want to hear from you.
- Move empty and loaded trailers between warehouse and customer locations.
- Spot trailers and assist with shipping and receiving.
- Track trailer inspections, maintenance, and registration.
- Operate a 2021 Freightliner daycab (automatic transmission).
- Complete pre- and post-trip inspections.
- Log hours using ELDs.
- Communicate with dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and road-ready vehicle.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL Class A license.
- 3 years of recent CDL A driving experience.
- Clean MVR and background.
- Current Medical Card and Clearinghouse registration.
- Familiarity with ELD systems.
- Strong backing and maneuvering skills.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
PPE Requirements:
- Steel-toe boots required.
- Truck must carry PPE including vest, gloves, and safety glasses.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday.
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
- Local only – home every day.
