BWW LAW GROUP, LLC, an “AV” rated real estate default law firm with offices located in Rockville, MD and Richmond, VA, is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team in our Rockville, MD office. This position is full time (currently a hybrid remote and in office position) and will serve as a newspaper liaison tasked with drafting, proofing, and placing legal notices associated with client files. Attention to detail is a must to succeed as a part of our team!
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage files in accordance with timeline requirements.
- Proofreads and edits legal advertisements for accuracy and updates case management systems and clients accordingly.
- Ensure file data is accurately entered into firm and client systems.
- Collaborate with other team members and supervisory staff to ensure cases are worked in accordance with department, firm, court and client requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Superior writing and communication skills are required.
- Knowledge of English grammar and spelling rules and the ability to proofread publications are essential.
- Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy is a must.
- Previous bankruptcy, foreclosure mortgage servicing, real estate, or law firm experience is a plus.
- Previous office experience is preferred.
- Recent graduates and veterans are encouraged to apply!
