About Our Firm
We are seeking diligent and organized individuals to join our team as legal support professionals who can work collaboratively with colleagues and independently to perform various tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and accurately enter data into multiple database systems;
- Prepare case documents and other legal forms for client review or court filing;
- Process cases and assist attorneys and managerial staff with managing case files;
- Meet firm and client compliance and timeline requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; college coursework is beneficial;
- Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate excellent computer and organizational skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel is essential;
- Ability to effectively communicate via email and phone is crucial;
- Previous experience in mortgage servicing, foreclosure, bankruptcy, real estate, or law firms is advantageous but not mandatory;
- An ability to work in a paperless environment is necessary;
- Business hours are 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday;
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
