## Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient operation of the office.
## Responsibilities
- Perform clerical duties such as drafting messages, scheduling appointments, and supporting other staff.
- Maintain and send files to clients.
- Assist in managing an appraisal office by handling client inquiries.
- Researching Real Estate Sale Data.
- Conduct order entry tasks accurately.
- Maintain records.
- Oversee office management tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform data entry accurately and efficiently.
- Manage front desk operations including answering and making phone calls.
## Requirements
- Proven experience as a Secretary or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft excel, word, and outlook software is a plus.
- Knowledge of Real Estate is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in order entry and data entry tasks.
- Strong computer skills.
- Skilled in office management duties.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor at the front desk.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
