Job Title: Digital Marketing Account Coordinator
Location: Fully Remote
Work Hours: Monday thru Friday, flexible hours between 7:00am - 6:00pm to meet the need of our clients nationwide. 40 hours per week.
Pay Rate: The starting pay for this position ranges from $21.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on experience. Over time, this role has the potential to earn up to $31.77 per hour based on tenure, performance, and experience.
The Digital Marketing Account Coordinator is part of the Client Services team and works in conjunction with several coaches to deliver excellence to our clients. They provide direct support for coaches and maintain effective and progressive client relations. The duties are varied depending on the program level of the clients. Paid training provided.
What you will be doing:
- Assist the Coach in the support and management of client accounts
- Participate in coaching calls, taking detailed notes, and reviewing them with the coach before sending to the client and posting in Notion
- Putting tasks in project management software for ongoing projects
- Responding to client emails as appropriate
- Keep all client information up to date, including contacts and website properties
- Organize and post blogs and reviews on client websites and social media
- Assist in filling out the monthly report
- Test client website forms
- Execute SEO for new websites and review and maintain SEO for current websites in coordination with coaches
- Update GMB for clients by adding products, reviews, etc.
- Complete UTM tags
- Schedule client calls for coaches
- Website updates and edits such as coupons, banners, calls to action, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
