As a Sommelier Bartender at By All Means Brewing (BAM), you are the expert behind our award-winning beer, curated wine selection and craft mocktails, offering guests an elevated drinking experience that pairs seamlessly with our dining menu. What You Will Do:
- Provide expert guidance & education on our beer, wine and zero-proof offerings, making tailored recommendations.
- Prepare and serve beer, wine, mimosas, craft mocktails and drinks with precision, consistency, and creativity.
- Manage bar inventory, ordering, and maintaining high-quality product standards.
- Ensure the bar and service area are clean, organized, and stocked.
- Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure cohesive dining experiences.
- Assist in planning and executing special beverage events and tastings.
- Train and mentor junior staff in mixology and wine service.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- Hospitality-driven – you create experiences, not just pour drinks.
- Extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, and craft beer.
- Experience in bartending, mixology, or as a sommelier in an upscale environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and maintain composure in a fast-paced setting.
- Professional, polished, and proactive in service.
- Available evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Certification from a recognized sommelier or bartending program is a plus.
