What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Spa Manager Assistant position at By Claudia Spas?
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assists in overseeing the daily operations of corporate spas, including managing staff schedules and scheduling appointments.
· Excellent customer service and addressing any customer complaints or concerns from Call Center.
· Monitoring store cameras in corporate office.
· Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the spas including health and safety checks.
· Develop and maintain relationships with clients, staff, and suppliers.
· Stay up to date on industry trends and implement best practices.
· Call Center supervision & support
· Employee clock-in/out audit and reporting.
· Bi-Monthly inventory audit and ordering.
· Model and maintain the By Claudia Way in the Spa while promoting daily flow.
Qualifications:
- A good track record of leading and developing a passionate spa team.
- Experience in spa management or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant spa software
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- A passion for the spa industry
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Working experience of finance, budgeting, marketing, competitor, and market analysis
