Duties:
- Perform skin consultations and assessments to determine clients' specific needs and concerns
- Provide a range of skincare treatments
- Conduct product demos and educate clients on skincare routines and homecare products
- Perform body waxes using hard wax, including sugar wax once trained.
- Provide retail sales support by recommending skincare products and upselling services
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Skin Specialist or similar role in a spa or salon setting
- In-depth knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and techniques
- Strong understanding of different skin types and conditions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
