We deliver excellence in national missile defense, human space flight, space launch, and combat rescue. As a Customer Service Engineer Associate, you'll instruct customers in equipment operation, provide technical assistance, and check equipment remotely for malfunctions.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Instructing customers in equipment operation
- Providing technical assistance
- Checking equipment remotely for malfunctions
- Performing maintenance and technical support on products such as equipment, integrated systems, and subsystems
- Analyzing and evaluating products and related performance
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing malfunctions
- Installing, upgrading, and removing products
- Completing system programming and optimization
- Performing routine system maintenance and analysis functions
- Providing on-site end-user training
This role requires:
- A High School diploma or equivalent and 3-4 years of experience
- A current DISA IAT level II baseline certification (CompTIA Security CE or equivalent)
Preferred qualifications include:
- Familiarity with Air Force BMC Remedy trouble ticket system, Cyberspace Infrastructure Planning System (CIPS), and Integrated Data Maintenance System (IMDS)
- Course Completion certification for Microsoft Windows 10

- Active DoD Secret Clearance
