Job Description

Full Spectrum Operations LLC (FSO) is a Joint Venture between American Communication Solutions LLC and By Light Professional IT Services LLC. FSO requires personnel to support communication systems at various military bases in Virginia, including the Regional Network Enterprise Center (RNEC) and Local Network Enterprise Center (LNEC).

Responsibilities

• Analyze technical problems and provide solutions.
• Ensure information systems comply with DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and DoD cybersecurity policy requirements.
• Support RMF assessments and record RMF activities in eMASS.
• Provide technical input on RMF Assess Only submissions.
• Perform other duties as required.

Required Experience/Qualifications

• Possess an associate degree or higher.
• Hold a Foundational Personnel Certification, such as CompTIA Security or Certified Ethical Hacker.
• Have Intermediate Proficiency level with 70% of the KSA associated with the DCWF workforce role Systems Administrator Work Role ID: 451.
• Hold a Residential Qualification, such as Microsoft Security Engineer Associate.
• Have experience supporting DoD cybersecurity policy requirements and RMF activities.
• Be fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Preferred Experience/Qualifications

• Have experience supporting the U.S. Army or other DoD Agency.
• Be able to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates.

Security Clearance

• Secret security clearance required.
