Bravo Communications Services LLC is leading the Identity Credential Access Management Next Gen Single Sign On (ICAM NG SSO) program for the Department of Veterans Affairs. This program aims to modernize the VA's Single Sign-On (SSO) technology to enhance security, user experience, and operational efficiency.
The Integration Manager (Business Analyst) will oversee the integration of business processes and systems for the ICAM NG SSO program. This role involves analyzing business requirements, developing integration plans, and ensuring seamless integration of systems.
- Analyze business requirements and develop integration plans.
- Ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Monitor and report on integration performance.
- Conduct regular business process assessments.
- Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes.
