Responsibilities
- The Sr. Client Systems Technician installs and repairs equipment; instructs customers in equipment operation; provides technical assistance; checks equipment for malfunctions.
- Performs a variety of maintenance and technical support on products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations.
- Analyzes and evaluates products and related performance.
- Troubleshoots and diagnoses malfunctions to eliminate problem in minimum time.
- Installs, upgrades and removes products ensuring coordinative engineering field change.
- Assembles, installs and configures systems and equipment in accordance with site assessments and schematics.
- Completes system programming and optimization as part of the installation process.
- Performs routine system maintenance and analysis functions, including hardware configurations and adding, removing and replacing equipment components.
- Provides on-site end-user training on system operation, maintenance and limited troubleshooting.
- Maintains effective customer communications and relations.
- The Customer Service Representative Associate travels frequently to customer sites and performs field technician service duties as assigned.
Under general supervision the Cusomer Service Representative Associate shall:
- Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practices. .
- May assist and train less experienced personnel.
Required Experience/Qualifications
- MUST have a current CompTIA Security
- High School plus advanced training, and 5 - 8 yrs. of experience.
Special Requirements/Security Clearance
- Active DoD Secret Clearance and eligibility to obtain a TS/SCI Security Clearance.
SALARY RANGE:
Salary Minimum: $66,033Salary Mid: $82,541Salary Maximum: $110,450

By Light also considers other variables such as (but not limited to) work experience, education, training, skill set, internal peer equity, clearance level and market conditions when extending an offer.
