At By Light Professional IT Services LLC, we value teamwork and collaboration. Our Telephone Switch/ISP Technicians work closely with other team members to ensure the success of our projects.
As a key member of our team, you will perform administrative and Operation and Maintenance (O&M) functions for the switching equipment, including Local Session controller, Voicemail, Telephone Management System (TMS), Crash conferencing, and ancillary equipment.
Responsibilities include creating and maintaining maintenance logs, monitoring local session controller and supporting systems alarms, and coordinating with Original Equipment Manufacturers to support switching equipment.
Additionally, you will provide reports of all minor and major alarms that occurred on a monthly basis and the action taken to resolve the alarms, report outages in accordance with local and higher headers processes and procedures, and support customer telephone requirements.
