Position Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and personable Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our team at By Maxwell. As a representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, both in person and over the phone, ensuring that they have a positive and memorable experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
This is a full-time, entry-level position offering a starting pay of $10 per hour. The schedule includes Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with occasional schedule adjustments depending on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Greet customers as they arrive, providing a warm and welcoming environment. Assist with any questions regarding our services, products, and appointments.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the luxury products and services we offer. Be able to provide recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Appointment Scheduling: Handle client bookings, ensuring the schedule runs smoothly. Assist clients in booking services and rescheduling appointments as necessary.
- Sales Support: Assist with the sales process by informing customers of new product arrivals, promotions, and luxury services. Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Customer Inquiries: Answer phone calls, emails, and social media messages, providing prompt and helpful responses to client inquiries.
- Maintain Cleanliness and Organization: Ensure the boutique and salon areas are kept clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist with special events, inventory management, and other daily tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience: No prior customer service experience required. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment are key.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to engage customers in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
- Organization: Ability to multitask and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Strong punctuality and dependability. Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules is a must.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic proficiency with computers and scheduling software. Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus but not required.
