Essential Duties & Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Acts as the lead learning management system (LMS) administrator, uploading, testing and assigning new and annual content. Verifies compliance, ensures accurate record keeping and partners with the vendor as needed to capitalize on system features.
- Provides end-to-end Education Department project coordination, including day-to-day scope, schedule, planning, resource management and tracking throughout project lifecycle.
- With guidance from the Education team, maintains and develops the organization’s intranet learning presence, updating and refining department webpages as requested so it remains current at all times.
- Provides monthly training support for enterprise clinical applications and creates and/or edits tools that support independent learning.
- Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school. Two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum two years’ experience in learning or customer service, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Minimum two years’ experience providing administrative support to a team or equivalent experience with a mid-level or senior manager.
$21.00 - $32.00 hourly
