We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as a Hospice Nurse Case Manager covering San Francisco . This person will be responsible for the provision of skilled nursing assessment, planning and care to maximize the comfort and health of patients and families.
- Bi-lingual in Cantonese, Mandarin, or Taishanese is strongly preferred!
