By The Hand is a not for profit, religious organization. Individuals employed by By The Hand are working in ministerial roles and perform all or some of the following responsibilities : sharing the Gospel, teaching chapel, leading Bible studies, discipling students and modeling behavior that is consistent with Christ's teaching.
Position Title : Front Door Coordinator (Part-Time, Non-Exempt)
Salary : $16.20 / hr
Overview of Position :
Reports to the Site Director and serves as the greeter for one of the six By the Hand Club sites. This individual is an integral member of the site team it serves. The Front Door Coordinator works primarily during program hours, supervising the entrance to a By the Hand Club site and managing the flow of traffic in and out of the building. He / she is knowledgeable of the students, staff and volunteers of the site and maintains good relationships while ensuring safety policies are followed.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopies, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands :
The employee is regularly required to speak, listen, walk and sit for extended periods of time. This role may require you to move equipment from room to room and lift up to 50 pounds. Individual must be able to comfortably move quickly up and down stairs.
