At By the Sea Resorts, we are currently seeking a talented and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Shalimar Employee Housing. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our housing complex's maintenance and ensuring the highest standard of quality and cleanliness is maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of maintenance staff
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs
- Ensure timely completion of maintenance requests and projects
- Inspect and maintain all equipment and facilities
- Handle all aspects of budgeting and cost control
- Coordinate and communicate with other departments
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role
