Room Service Attendant

The Room Service Attendant is responsible for delivering and setting up food and beverage orders to guests in their rooms. They must be able to provide excellent customer service and ensure that guests have a positive dining experience. They must also be able to work quickly and efficiently, and they must be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prepare room service orders
• Deliver room service orders to guests in their rooms
• Set up room service orders in a neat and appealing manner
• Collect food delivery orders (Door Dash, UberEATS, etc.) and prep for pick up
• Provide excellent customer service to guests
  
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 years of experience in a customer service role
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
• Excellent customer service skills
