By the Yard is hiring a Web and eCommerce Developer to design, program, and troubleshoot the organization’s ecommerce website and related applications.

Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong customer service skills and ability to work under pressure. Seeks to meet the needs and wants of the user without being prompted.
· Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate technical concepts in an understandable and concise manner.
· Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
· Proficient with front end web design technologies (WordPress, HTML, JavaScript, React.js, CSS,XML).
· Experience with back-end ecommerce technologies (Magento, AWS, RDS).
· Experience with SEO and SEM concepts and technologies (GTM, Google Analytics, PPC, social media advertising).
· Ability to work on-call and after hours occasionally, as needed.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
· Five to seven years of related experience preferred.

While performing the duties of this job, the colleague is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk or hear; uses hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls. This position requires prolonged periods of sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computer.
