What You’ll Do:
As a General Construction Laborer at Byard Construction LLC, you will:
- Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites.
- Perform physical labor tasks, such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by organizing tools and materials.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to ensure the well-being of yourself and your coworkers.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong work ethic, physical stamina, and the ability to perform manual labor.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Drug-free and at least 18 years of age.
