What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Administrator position at BYD North America?
We are looking for a responsible Contract Administrator to join our team. Your main duties will be to prepare, negotiate and review various company contracts, including purchases, sales and business partnerships, invoice and bill customers when the projects come to an end; to deal with project Buy America Audit pre and post-delivery, including local materials value and local labor analysis.
Responsibilities
1. Review and verify terms conformity of basic contracts and Sales & Production Order;
2. Review and record additional PO, RFCO, and related additional price;
3. Update regular reports of projects PO status;
4. Track customer payments and deadline;
5. Invoice and bill customers;
6. Collect data and Buy America Certificates to prepare Buy America Audit;
7. Analyze and calculate local materials purchase value, percentage and local labors;
8. Receipt Buy America auditor pre and post-delivery.
Requirements
1. Familiarity with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards, Bus Procurement Guidelines, and other related state laws;
2. Ability to work and negotiate with varying departments;
3. Strong analytical and organizational skills;
4. Keen attention to detail and spot errors;
5. Basic knowledge of business etiquette;
6. Excel, Word, and spreadsheet proficient.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
