SUMMARY
The maintenance worker position, under limited supervision, performs cleaning and care of our building; performs related work as assigned.
JOB DESCRIPTION

- Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activates.
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Make adjustments and minor repairs
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. Work involves lifting of materials and product up to 30 pounds. Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to: eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, work boots, and hardhats. Loose fitting clothes and jewelry are not permitted. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to a high level of noise.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
