The project manager will take on the management of key client projects. Project management responsibilities include delivering every project on time, within budget, and within scope
JOB DESCRIPTION

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Create and Maintain comprehensive project documentation including managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate tools and techniques
- Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA / QC policies, performance standards, specifications, federal and state regulations
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and Maintain Relationships with third parties / vendors
- Create and Maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with a multinational team under demanding timelines

This position works in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
