JOB DESCRIPTION - SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

• Oversee projects with major customers with large complicated scopes.
• Lead a team of project managers or assistant project managers. 
• Work together with peers and continuous improve related project procedures while involving and providing trainings to PMs and aPMs.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Create and Maintain comprehensive project documentation including managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, specifications, federal and state regulations.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and Maintain Relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with a multinational team under demanding timelines.
