ByDesign Technologies is looking for a Software Development Manager (Hybrid) to join our Tampa, Florida team. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions through effective leadership, process optimization, and technical oversight. This individual will guide agile workflows, oversee deployments,and drive process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.

What are we looking for in you?
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in related fieldstrongly preferred.
- Minimum five (5) years related work experience as a software engineer required, experience in .NET/C# strongly preferred.
- Minimum three (3) years work proven experience managing agile development teams and delivering scalable software solutions required.
- Proficiency in SQL Server, .NET/C#, Angular, database systems, with the ability to guide teams in these technologies.
- Understanding of agile methodologies and sprint execution.
- Experience overseeing software deployments, including planning, execution, and rollback strategies.

Work Location:
This is a hybrid position based in our Tampa, Florida office, working in the office 1 day per week.
