Responsibilities
Answer phones, schedule appointments, keep schedule organized based on work load. Verify and update customer information on file: address, phone number, email, verify vehicle information.
Answer customer questions, transfer to other departments if needed. Greet customers in service drive before appointment.
Have great customer service skills with compassion, and attention to detail. Communicate with customers effectively.
Car knowledge and ability to drive a manual transmission a plus but not required.
