Gutter Installers start at $18.00 with a bonus potential of up to $30.00/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Install and repair gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards according to project specifications and industry standards.
- Measure, cut, and shape gutters to fit the required dimensions using hand and power tools.
- Safely climb ladders and work at heights to install gutters on residential and commercial buildings.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Conduct inspections to identify and address any potential issues or deficiencies in the gutter system.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Gutter Installer or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to handle tools and materials effectively.
- Proficient in using tools and equipment, including nail guns, hammers, and ladders.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Can lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Must be willing and able to travel up to three weeks out of town each month (not in a row).
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation. No DUIs in the past 10 years.
- No illegal drug use - A pre-employment drug test is required.
