Position: QA/QC Manager

Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000 annually, with bonuses

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA/QC Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship on industrial projects. These projects involve complex electrical installations, conduit installations, wire termination, mechanical equipment installation, welding, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage quality assurance and quality control processes for all phases of industrial projects.
• Ensure that electrical installations, conduit work, wire terminations, and mechanical equipment setups meet industry standards and company quality expectations.
• Conduct inspections and audits to verify that all work is completed in compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to address and rectify any quality issues that may arise during project execution.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of quality assessments and corrective measures.
• Lead training and mentoring sessions to promote adherence to quality protocols among team members.
• Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders to address quality-related inquiries or concerns.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA/QC management, specifically within industrial or heavy construction projects.
• Proficiency in inspecting electrical and mechanical installations, including conduit and wire work.
• Strong understanding of welding processes and mechanical equipment installations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to ensuring high standards of quality.
• Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and best practices.

Food Processing, Pharmaceutical, and Pet Food Processing facilities, as well as offering Emergency Service calls to all local customers in the area.
