The Role
Are you someone who thrives on precision and attention to detail? Join us as a Product Quality Specialist, where your primary mission will be ensuring excellence in every item we produce. Your expert eye will conduct reviews and analyses, driving quality improvements across our manufacturing operations.
Primary Duties
- Scrutinize & Test: Assess components and final products, confirming adherence to detailed specifications through rigorous examinations using cutting-edge measurement tools.
- Maintain Accurate Logs: Develop comprehensive logs of all tests and inspections, proving essential for maintaining our high standards and streamlining quality control.
- Troubleshoot & Collaborate: Quickly identify and resolve issues by working closely with production to ensure solutions enhance our processes.
- Physical Engagement: Be ready to maneuver through the production floor, handle tools, and lift items up to 50 pounds, all contributing to our hands-on quality processes.
Who We're Looking For
- Experience: Bring your prior experience in quality roles and familiarity with tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Detail-Oriented: Your keen perception for noticing variances and maintaining focus on accuracy will be essential.
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Your skills should include quality inspection expertise, quality control knowledge, and the ability to read blueprints.
