Reports To : Warehouse Clerk

Rate : Starting at $18 / HR
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Clerk to join our team at ByHeart. The Warehouse Clerk will be responsible for documenting the arrival, loading, and unloading of third-party trucks at our infant formula manufacturing facility. This role is crucial in ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of goods, maintaining inventory records, and supporting the overall logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
Document Arrival and Departure : Schedule inbound and outbound trucks ensuring all necessary documentation is received in advance. Pair BOL's to internal PO's. Create truck inspection forms for all shipments and follow up on late or delayed trucks.On Site Arrival and Departure : Greet drivers, check in, verify documentation, communicate driver expectations including dock number and seal protocol. Physically verify seals on incoming trailers. Seal and document outbound trucks as they depart. These actions require additional PPE and exposure to the outdoor elements.Production Mix Creation : Utilize SAP to create process orders and pick lists. Select raw materials based in FEFO and build accurate batching documentation for staging.Inventory Management : Create and apply release tags as well as hold tags upon QA status changes. Assist team with cycle counting and issue resolution of raw materials, packaging and finished products.Reporting : Create customer production reports per lot produced, accurately detailing raw materials used and finished products produced.Quality Documentation Control : Manage the continuous flow of documentation as well as organization and filing of both electronic and paper copy documents to meet varying retention requirements. Help collate documents for auditing requirements.Receiving : Complete accurate receipts in SAP for various stock and non-stock materials, as well as services.Support : Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, including organizing storage areas and conducting regular inventory audits.Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role preferred.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as required.Working Conditions
