Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QC Lab Technician to join our production team.

Night Shift: $24/hour $2 Shift Differential
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Timely sampling and analysis of raw materials and finished goods, documenting results on Laboratory records and computer mainframe.
- Operating all Laboratory equipment.
- Keeping Quality control Supervisor informed of any problems.
- Maintaining a clean Laboratory.
- Disposing of old samples in the correct manner.
- Maintaining Laboratory in Regulatory Compliance under direction of Laboratory Supervisor.
- Completing RCRA and DOT Awareness training according to job function and regulations.
- Participating in emergency response as defined in the program and training capability.
- Handling hazardous waste according to procedure.
- Following emergency response procedures.
- Working within ISO requirements.
- Familiarity with BYK QC lab operation and information flow.
- Exercising product QC judgment and recognizing QC problems.
- Operating titrators and performing simple titration parameter changes.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A High School diploma and experience in production or laboratory operations.
- Somewhat familiarity with BYK chemical operations.
- Demonstrated good communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to follow directions.
- Demonstrated initiative.
- Demonstrated self-motivation.
- Demonstrated willingness to work all shifts and occasional overtime as required.

Compensation
$24 An Hour $2 Shift Differential
