POSITION SUMMARY
We’re looking for a highly creative and versatile Graphic Designer to join our Marketing and eCommerce team. This role plays a key part in executing digital marketing strategies through visually compelling content across social media, email campaigns, and web platforms. You'll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies to bring our brand to life across multiple touchpoints—always aligned with campaign goals and current trends.
You should have a strong understanding of the digital landscape, social media trends, motion design, and content strategy, along with hands-on experience in graphic design, copywriting, and basic CMS knowledge.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Email Marketing
- Design, build, and schedule high-volume national email campaigns using Klaviyo, including GIFs, motion graphics, copywriting, and asset management.
- Work with marketing leadership to align email design and deployment with campaign calendars and promotional goals.
Social Media
- Create organic feed and story content that aligns with the brand’s tone and aesthetic across platforms.
- Design static and motion graphics for use in social campaigns, collaborating closely with the content and marketing teams.
- Stay on top of evolving trends to ensure social assets remain fresh and engaging.
Digital & Web Design
- Assist in developing creative web assets for the company’s websites, including homepage banners, landing pages, and on-site content.
- Collaborate on CMS updates and content implementation across multiple brand sites.
- Partner with Paid Media and eCommerce teams to support digital ad design and asset development.
General Design & Collateral
- Create on-brand digital and print collateral as needed—ranging from Instagram stories to event flyers and in-store signage.
- Maintain consistency across all visual communications in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Manage and organize creative files using Adobe Creative Cloud and Google Drive tools.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field—or equivalent experience
- 3 years of hands-on graphic design experience, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or eCommerce.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
- Experience designing and deploying emails through platforms like Klaviyo.
- Understanding of CMS platforms and basic web design best practices.
- Strong aesthetic sense, with attention to detail and consistency.
- Experience in creative copywriting and content strategy is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
