Day to Day Responsibilities
Expect several hours per day phone work- following up on customers -cold calling/prospecting new clients. Our sales force works as a team on the floor, helping each other maintain our sales goal. You will be networking and building relationships to build your own book of business. They follow up on leads, deliver flip chart presentations to prospective customers, address and overcome customer objections, and highlight the value of the Byrider program. Sales reps must be computer savvy and capable of using a sales management software program to manage their daily activity.

RAPPORT BUILDER– Quickly sets the tone of every interaction. Open and approachable. Puts others at ease and shares information to educate the customer and evaluate customer needs.
ABILITY TO MARKET YOURSELF- Ability to generate your own leads and get applicants in the door.
