Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Consult with customers about their financial and personal objectives
- Identify customer credit needs to provide appropriate loan solutions and product offering
- Follow up on company provided leads and set appointments
- Generate referrals or new leads when needed to meet personal and company sales objectives
- Build strong, trusting relationships with new and existing customers
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Work with customers and branch finance team through the entire lending cycle
Hours for Sales Associate:
- Mon - Thurs 830 to 6pm, Friday 7pm, Sat 4pm
- No Sundays
- Work most Saturdays with a day off during the week
Sales Associate Requirements:
- Sales experience is a big plus but not required
- Social media and/or business development experience is a plus
- The ability to work some early evening and Saturday hours
- Valid driver’s license
