Job Overview
Byrider is searching for a high-energy, motivated Automotive Service Assistant for the South Charleston, WV location. The Automotive Service Assistant is responsible for greeting the customer, they follow established company policies and procedures to maximize customer satisfaction with vehicle service related issues. This includes both face-to-face and phone related customer service interaction. Strong customer service related skills, the ability to multi-task, detail-oriented, professionalism and good computer skills are vital to the success of this position.
