- $15 - $18 per hour monthly bonus up to $2,200.00

Collections Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Collections account management
- Seek long-term resolution with customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Attend training classes & meetings
- Assist with credit origination (after training)
Hours for Collections Account Manager:
- 5-day work week
- No Sundays
- Work most Saturdays with a weekday off
- Store hours: M-F 9-7, Sat 9-4
- 40-45 hours per week
Collections Account Manager Requirements:
- Collections or customer retention experience
- Able to work onsite
- Able to pass a background check
- Able to work the listed hours
- Good computer/keyboard skills
