- Oversee the collections department and manage day-to-day operations
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize bad debt
- Train, mentor, and manage collections staff to achieve departmental goals
- Maintain and analyze collections data to ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to facilitate successful repayment
- Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience
- Prepare regular reports on collections performance and present findings to senior management
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections or financial services, with managerial experience preferred
- Strong understanding of collection laws and regulations
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Proficient in using collection software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work some early evening and Saturday work hours.
Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
