About the Role

Responsibilities
1. Inventory Management
Monitor inventory levels, analyze sales data, and forecast demand to optimize purchasing decisions.
Work closely with Purchasing Department and Category Managers to identify inventory needs and replenishment requirements.
Place purchase orders and coordinate with logistics and receiving teams to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
2. Procurement and Replenishment
Implement strategies to optimize inventory turnover while minimizing excess stock and obsolete inventory.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies with suppliers, warehouse personnel, and accounting department.
3. Reporting and Analysis
Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, receipts, invoices, and related documentation.
Generate reports on inventory levels and stock movement.
Analyze data to identify trends, anticipate demand, and optimize purchasing decisions.
Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word
Detail-oriented with strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Experience in warehouse procurement, purchasing, or inventory management is a plus.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and software is a plus.
