General Description :
The Oracle WMS Analyst is responsible for completing assigned duties to ensure customer, team member, and vendor satisfaction. The Oracle WMS Analyst does this by driving the development and enhancements of our Oracle Warehouse Management System (WMS). The Oracle WMS Analyst also ensures the seamless integration and functionality of our WMS, enhances our digital presence, and improves customer engagement. The Oracle WMS Analyst completes these functions in support of the manufacture of dairy-related products.
Job Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain comprehensive reports to support data-driven decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.
Assist with the execution of technology initiatives for Oracle WMS, focusing on continuous improvement, cost-effectiveness, and service quality.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand the impact of various initiatives on the WMS platform and develop appropriate responses.
Adhere to application change management control processes to support efficient application development and production releases.
Coordinate with stakeholders and leadership to define WMS requirements.
Ensure effective interaction with non-technical personnel regarding technical topics and provide outstanding customer service.
Contribute within a collaborative teamwork environment and support organizational effectiveness programs.
Responsible for achieving assigned goals in safety, quality, performance, and cost.
Responsible for complying with GMPs, SOPs, corporate and / or plant policies, rules, and regulations.
Works in a safe manner reports safety concerns promptly to their leadership team and takes corrective actions as necessary to ensure a safe environment.
Demonstrates strong communication skills across various departments, ensuring clear and effective collaboration.
All other duties assigned by leadership.
Essential Knowledge and Skills :
Ability to apply basic to complex mathematical concepts such as adding, counting, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and knowledge of weights and measures, to sufficiently handle job tasks.
In-depth knowledge of Warehouse management platforms and ERP systems, preferably Oracle WMS and Oracle Fusion.
Proficiency in Relational Databases and other application platforms for effective data gathering, manipulation, and reporting.
Proficiency with RF Handhelds and optimizing its usage within a warehouse environment.
Assist with system configurations, technical solutions and translating business requirements into specifications.
Familiarity with office management procedures and general knowledge of office equipment and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities as well as attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proven capability to work both independently and collaboratively, showcasing strong communication and teamwork skills.
Understand and respond appropriately to basic to complex employee, vendor, and customer inquiries.
Read, write, and communicate using English language sufficient to perform job functions (Other preferences will be given for special language skills when there is a business need).
Knowledge of the company's mission, purpose, goals, and your role in achieving each of them.
Satisfactorily complete all company training requirements.
Ability to interpret company documents and literature.

Education / Experience :
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience in the technical field.
3 years of experience in production-specific to non-durable goods, operational and processing experience, and technology-based operations.
Experience with ERP, MRP, WMS, MES, and TMS systems, and troubleshooting RF equipment and processes.
Experience with Label Printing and Bar Codes within a warehouse environment.
A minimum of 1 year of application development and implementation experience, preferably within a multi-location environment.
Performance Standards :
Responsible for reporting to work at scheduled times and communicating tardiness and absences with the assigned Supervisor / Manager before the occurrence.
Responsible for reporting to work in a condition to work.
Responsible for being well-groomed and always dressed in business- and position-appropriate attire including ensuring compliance with GMP dress code standards.
Comply with performance criteria, and standards of conduct as contained in company policy, employment procedures, and responsibilities as described in the company handbook.
Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Always maintain a safe work environment and immediately report and take appropriate action to correct safety / food safety concerns.
Responsible for completing all assigned tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Work Schedule :
Requires morning and afternoon availability with flexibility outside of normal business hours based on company needs.
Requests to be scheduled off for a specific day require advance notification and approval by the Supervisor / Manager.
Position requires travel between Byrne locations, Reliable transportation is necessary
Salaried : Generally scheduled for 40-45 hours; more hours may be required based on the needs of the business.
Environmental Concerns :
May be subject to exposure to ingredients used in the manufacture of food products including allergens.
May be subject to exposure to chemicals involved in the manufacture and sanitation of a food processing facility.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Physical Job Requirements :
Ability to sit / stand for extended periods.
Occasional lifting of office supplies and equipment (up to 20 pounds.)
Frequent use of computers and other office equipment.
Ability to move around the office to perform various tasks.

The wage range for this role considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Byrne, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $72,000 to $98,500.
