Scope Of Projects
- Develop and execute an implementation and sustainability plan for a new automation system.
- Categorize inventory and optimize warehouse organization for improved efficiency.
- Identify slow-moving and obsolete inventory for better management.
- Train and document new automation process for future use.
- Use data to make better inventory decisions.
- Explore automation technologies, such as inventory stacking machines and RFID tracking.
- Assist in the consideration and potential implementation of an automated storage system.
- Basic knowledge of inventory tracking systems and warehouse technology.
- Understanding of scanning systems and digital inventory tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to organize inventory efficiently.
- Prior work in warehouse stocking, order fulfillment, or logistics, preferred.
- Exposure to automation tools used in warehouse management.
- The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Candidates should be entering their junior or senior year or enrolled in a graduate program.
