Location :  367 Main Street Oxford, MA 01570

Hours :  20-25 hours per week (on-site)

About the Role :

As the Executive Assistant, you will work directly with the CEO, Michael Byrnes, to manage financial tasks, provide administrative support, and ensure seamless operations across MB Corp and its subsidiaries. This part-time position is perfect for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment and excels in bookkeeping, scheduling, and office management.

You will play a vital role in supporting the CEO’s vision, working across multiple industries, and contributing to the success of MB Corp and its subsidiaries. Additionally, this position has the potential to evolve into a full-time role  as the company continues to grow and expand its operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Direct Support to the CEO :

Assist Michael Byrnes in day-to-day operations, scheduling, and communications.

  • Provide insights and updates through weekly and monthly financial and operational reports.
  • Bookkeeping and Financial Reporting :
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing for all MB Corp subsidiaries.

  • Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and provide financial data analysis as needed.
  • Administrative and Operational Support :
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and key deadlines for the CEO.

  • Manage office paperwork and maintain organized systems for document management.
  • Support various office management tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Bookkeeper, or Office Manager.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks  is required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in managing a variety of responsibilities.
