About the Role :
As the Executive Assistant, you will work directly with the CEO, Michael Byrnes, to manage financial tasks, provide administrative support, and ensure seamless operations across MB Corp and its subsidiaries. This part-time position is perfect for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment and excels in bookkeeping, scheduling, and office management.
You will play a vital role in supporting the CEO’s vision, working across multiple industries, and contributing to the success of MB Corp and its subsidiaries. Additionally, this position has the potential to evolve into a full-time role as the company continues to grow and expand its operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Direct Support to the CEO :
Assist Michael Byrnes in day-to-day operations, scheduling, and communications.
Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing for all MB Corp subsidiaries.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and key deadlines for the CEO.
