Our firm is looking for an experienced Estate Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background assisting in the preparation of documents for estate plans, including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Advanced Directives, and Trusts. Ideally, the candidate will also have experience with the probate process in New Jersey and handling estate administration files. In addition, the Paralegal will be responsible for maintaining client files, preparing legal documents, and providing general administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting with clients
- Preparing drafts of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Directives and Trusts
- Communicating with County Surrogates and overseeing estate administration for client files
- Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Assist attorneys in preparing for trials and hearings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
