BEHAVIOR INTERVENTIONIST
EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Building supervision
- Member of building Behavior Intervention Team
- Member of the Multi-Tiered Systems of Support Team
- Assist with school-wide PBIS
- Organize data in relation to student behavior
- Communicate as requested with students, staff, and parents
- Proactively work with students on goal setting
- De-escalate and process with students
- Develop and implement intervention strategies
- Maintain and participate in professional development
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Training and experience in behavior modification/management with preschool aged students
- Ability to analyze and interpret data for the purpose of improving school climate
- Familiar with, or willing to learn technology and student information platforms
- Ability to complete work prior to deadlines despite interruptions
- Maintains consistent, punctual, and regular attendance
