As a Field Service Engineer you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting and repairing Bystronic Laser Cutting and Automation systems, and Press Brake Machines. The ideal candidate would live in the SD area. This position requires 90% travel, Monday-Friday.
Your Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, commission and troubleshoot machine tools.
- Deliver top-notch technical support to customers to guarantee the peak performance of sheet metal machinery.
- Enter service reports.
- Diagnose mechanical, and electrical problems, performing mechanical and electrical repairs, install new machines.
- Provide training guidance on machine operation, maintenance, and safety at customer locations to achieve optimal productivity.
