Job Title: Sr Facilities HVAC Technician/Engineer
Location: Bedford, MA (100% Onsite)
Project Duration: 12 months
Pay Rate: $55/hr-$75/hr (depending on experience)
Job Description:
The consultant should:
- Work independently to perform basic preventative and corrective maintenance on a wide variety of HVAC systems including condensing boilers, steam boilers, mini-split units, air handlers, exhaust fans, pumps, chillers, etc.
- Follow SOPs and procedures in maintaining building equipment in a GMP BioPharma facility
- Perform required documentation activities as required by regulation or SOP.
- Troubleshoot systems and problems (HVAC, basic plumbing, electric, etc)
- Create own systems / forms / SOPs for maintaining limited areas of responsibility.
- Complete and write work requests and update Prev. Maint. tasks within CMMS to maintain building systems.
- Work cross-functionally and with outside vendors when on-site
Must Have:
- HVAC maintenance experience
- Universal CFC certification
- GMP experience not required but strongly preferred
