The global e-commerce business is content e-commerce with international short video products as the carrier. It is committed to becoming the first choice for users to discover and purchase good products at affordable prices. The global e-commerce business team hopes to provide users with a more tailored, active, and efficient consumption experience, enabling merchants to receive stable and reliable platform services in different scenarios such as live e-commerce and short video content e-commerce, to make more affordable and high-quality products sell easily and a better life within reach.
The supply chain is one of the core teams of the global e-commerce business, responsible for the selection of goods, procurement, warehousing, inventory management, and other business modules. The global e-commerce supply chain team aims to improve customer experience with warehouse & supply chain technology, empowering merchants to ease and expand their business worldwide with reliable and trustworthy fulfillment capabilities.
We are looking for a Tech Lead Manager to build the large-scale distributed system for our global e-commerce supply chain team.
Responsibilities :
- Be responsible for building up and managing the supply chain tech team in the US.
- Develop international e-commerce supply chain technology, like WMS, TMS, fulfillment network, inventory forecasting & planning, etc.
- Partner with product and operation teams to provide efficient and optimal supply chain solutions for domestic / international e-commerce.
- Manage the software development lifecycle from technical design to project delivery and online maintenance.
- Build the team structure and team morale to help team members grow continuously.
- Define a long-term technical roadmap for the team and break down the roadmap into projects.
- Contribute to technical decisions on projects among the product.
