Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the office manager and service department to ensure a seamless customer experience while performing essential administrative and general office duties.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive experience.
- Answer phones and handle inquiries professionally.
- Perform daily deposits, including counting drawers and producing receipts.
- Provide information to customers, employees, and sales personnel.
- Collaborate with the service department to support customer needs.
- Prepare and issue receipts, bills, invoices, and statements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Separate and file accounting and service repair orders (ROs).
- Manage schedules, including A/R and warranty tasks.
- Handle GM statements, parts, and warranty
- Handle title work for all deals.
- Keep the lobby and showroom clean and stocked with snacks and water.
- Decorate the showroom/lobby for holidays.
- Ensure bathroom supplies are stocked and organized.
- Assist teammates with additional tasks as needed.
