We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and creative Marketing/Proposal Coordinator to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity for an imaginative and driven individual to contribute to our branding, business development, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong critical writing skills, consistently follows through on tasks, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
This multifaceted role combines graphic design, proposal support, creative storytelling, business development assistance, and database management. Prior proposal experience is not required, though familiarity with the construction industry is preferred. We are looking for someone with original ideas who can translate complex content into compelling visual and written narratives, and help elevate non-technical sections of proposals and marketing materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field
- 1-5 years of relevant experience (construction industry exposure is preferred but not required)

- Technical: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat), Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Writing: Strong critical writing and editing abilities, particularly for persuasive and marketing-oriented content
- Mindset: Detail-oriented, proactive, dependable, and committed to following through on responsibilities
- Creativity: Ability to conceptualize and present visual ideas that support written content and brand strategy

Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Marketing:
- Design and produce brochures, logos, ads, and branded materials for industry submissions, corporate presentations, and events
- Develop PowerPoint presentations, marketing collateral, and promotional assets to support business development efforts
- Translate written ideas into visual formats (infographics, diagrams, layouts) to effectively communicate key messages
- Maintain and update the company website and LinkedIn page to align with branding and communication strategies
Proposal & Business Development Support:
- Enhance non-technical narrative sections of proposals, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and persuasive impact
- Write and edit marketing content with a focus on structure, tone, and strategic messaging
- Assist in assembling resumes, project sheets, and proposal materials to ensure professional and cohesive submissions
- Support the development of action item lists, responsibility matrices, and outlines for project teams
- Track and organize information on upcoming business opportunities and industry trends to support strategic growth
Marketing Database Management:
- Maintain and manage the company’s library of resumes, project sheets, and marketing assets for streamlined proposal development
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality control across all marketing materials and branded content
